Project
Big Island Candies developed a new product in 2013, "Butter Sugar" Rusk. They wanted something fresh and vibrant. I decided to use a combination of stripes, checkers, duotone imaging, and both vertical and horizontal type to keep the sleeve fun with an element of the unexpected. While the colors are bright, they are still natural and compliment the kraft box that the sleeve encompasses.
Client
Big Island Candies was established in 1977 to manufacture and market fine quality treats. All products are made with the finest ingredients, such as locally grown macadamia nuts, island eggs, real butter and high-grade chocolate.
